Designed the seat and divan internal structures for the Gulfstream G280 mid-size private jet while working at B/E Aerospace.
The mid-size family of seats introduced in the G280 aircraft represent the next step in the evolution of the mid size seat type produced by B/E. Built upon the legacy of 9G capable seats, this variant was re-designed from the ground up to withstand new 16G requirements, while preserving the same design principles as its predecessors.

The G280 seats feature under seat storage, 9 x 5 inches of tracking, and full 360 degree swivel. Additionally, the seat lays fully flat, featuring a seat pan lifting mechanism and optional drop down armrests and legrest, for a total transformation into a horizontal sleeping surface.
