I re-created the iconic Metal Gear Solid character, Gray Fox's helmet, as depicted in the Square Enix Playarts Kai action figure.
The helmet was designed in Autodesk Inventor using surface modeling techniques. Special considerations have been taken around the kinematics for the visor opening, given the limited space constraints for servos, while maintaining a sleek profile.

The helmet opens and closes using three servos and is operated by pressing a switch near the chin area. It features lights that blink and fade when pushing the chin switch, and when the helmet opens and closes.
