Designed various test rigs for product lifecycle testing. From certification ready test fixtures, to rapid prototyping proof of concept tests that facilitated the rapid iteration of designs. The test fixtures also underwent rapid iteration, as the evolution of the design necessitated reevaluation of the test methods and equipment.

Many tests, many test methods
Combined different prototyping methods to arrive at testing solutions in a timely manner; from microcontroller programming for stepper motor control, to using a continuous AC motor to drag a piece of luggage across a test specimen. Also experimented with PLC as well as simple cam driven timing.
